G & J, Inc. provides financial education for residents across Canada, including literacy programs, online workshops, courses, and educational consultations focused on budgeting, savings frameworks, retirement concepts, and responsible financial decision-making. We do not provide personalized financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and we do not make guarantees about outcomes or financial results.

3) User Obligations

11) Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve concerns quickly and fairly. Before starting any formal process, you agree to contact us at the email below to attempt an informal resolution within 30 days.

If a dispute is not resolved informally, it shall be referred to confidential and binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, in English, under the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario). Each party bears its own costs, and the arbitrator may award fees and costs as permitted by law. Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or services at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in unlawful conduct, or created risk or possible legal exposure for us or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution) will survive.
